11.ooh what a soft material!

 

Right, the only thing we have left now is to go into your model folder in the props folder /props/wall and create a materials.xml file

 

Inside that material file we type

 

<materials>

 

                      <material name="wall" src="diffuse_lightmap">

                                            <diffuse_texture file="wall_df"/>

                      </material>

 

</materials>

 

No questions.just do it. I think you understand by now!:) (and there will be a more indepth overview of shaders and materials later..)

 

now go into the editor, go to the props layer, find “wall” and start placing that crazy bastard!
